Lifelink recognises numerous pressures from home, school and work which at times can make us feel stressed or unable to cope. We now have over 24 years of experience delivering stress, mental and emotional management services for young people and adults. Lifeline seeks to reduce people’s needs for illness services through early intervention and supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives which will have a constructive, long-lasting impact.
