Castlemilk Youth Stress Centre

The Castlemilk Youth Stress Centre, based in Castlemilk Youth Complex on Ardencraig Road, has been providing stress management and personal development services for children, teenagers and young adults. Children as young as three through to young adults up to the age of 25 have been referred to the centre in recent years. Senior project worker at the centre, Linda McDonald, said: “We offer support packages for children and young people who may be suffering from anger issues, self-esteem issues or problems at school.”Our remit has been to provide a wide range of personal development and stress management services for children and young people.
